State level exams are organized by respective state govt like MHT-CET( by Maharashtra ), WBJEE (West Bengal), KCET(Karnatka). Its syllabus and examination pattern are always objective but difficulty level changes from state to state. They are more inclined towards their state board syllabus. However, if a student is preparing for JEE-Mains then he will not find any problem in securing good rank. In other words preparing for JEE-Main exam indirectly preparation for all engineering entrance exams like CET,MANIPAL, VIT, BITSAT.
